To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有好多種茶可以選擇 有中式有西式 試咗中式西式各一 茶味香 但唔會話好濃 職員會定時定候過嚟斟水 飲到好飽😂 坐低冇耐就擺低咗杯welcoming drink 味道有啲似橙汁🍹 我覺得賣相都幾靚 配合埋維港景打卡絕對一流 可惜我哋太遲book book唔到海景位 食物就非常之一般 職員都會介紹每一樣食品的製法👨🏻‍💼

[煙三文魚青豆鹹批] 可能個人對於青豆冇乜好感所以就覺得呢個配搭有啲奇怪
[忌廉芝士蘆筍他配魚子醬橄欖油] 除咗餅底有啲硬之外個味道都幾好
