寶琳地鐵站上邊嘅新都城有好多食肆,今晚就試吓一間叫四點金潮州菜。餐廳環境唔錯,裝修都新派,樓底又高,空間感十足。因為朋友係潮州人,所以今晚都主打食潮州嘢。首先叫咗個滷水鵝肝鵝腸拼盤。鵝腸上面嘅肥膏唔太多,但咬落去都甘香,亦都爽口,而滷水味唔太鹹,算係啱啱好。鵝肝就非常好食,外面嘅滷水入味,個心中間做到入口即溶嘅效果,拍得住西餐煎鵝肝,好食好食。再嚟過普寧炸豆腐,外皮炸得香脆,入面豆香味濃,點韭菜魚露食,鹹味就啱啱好。另外一個潮州名菜就係沙茶炒牛肉,店員講如果唔係用芥蘭炒,呢碟就唔係正宗嘅潮州菜。芥蘭都揀最嫩嘅部份,牛肉用沙茶醬同炒,好濃味,配合芥蘭嘅青甜都平衡得好好。最後叫返個蠔仔肉碎粥,蠔仔非常大粒,洗得乾淨完全冇殼,肉碎裏面加咗方魚,令到成個湯底都好鮮甜,加少少胡椒粉食,咁就啱啱好夠飽肚啦。餐廳除咗潮州菜,其實都有粵菜小炒,但主打潮州菜,做得唔錯,滷水香濃順喉,令人食過返尋味😋
