今晚同朋友試下一間位於跑馬地中菜館, 睇餐牌感覺到係傳統加創新既新派中菜館有幾款菜式第一次見, 非常特別創新鱷魚膠釀乳鴿:  見到菜式名就覺得好創新, 補身又充滿骨膠原乳鴿肉質好嫩, 配合煮得好夠淋既鱷魚膠, 估唔到兩樣食材咁夾菊花玻璃蝦球配蓮子泡蝦油:玻璃蝦肉質好彈,有鮮味, 加上蝦油, 鮮上加鮮蝦油食得出, 花左好多時間提煉, 絕對係加分位焗法式焦糖蛋撻:估唔到係中菜館食到西式甜品仲要好食過出面既西式餅店, 好有驚喜
