今日喺灣仔放工, 晚飯時間經過一間冰室, 睇真啲原來係食私房中式小菜, 仲有舊式茶餐廳feel ,裝修別緻玩味,就入咗去試~有精選晚餐, 仲有多款蒸海上鮮,懷舊小菜。每款晚市小菜都附送老火例湯。蓮藕煲排骨, 夠火喉, 不過略嫌鹹咗啲。蝦醬通菜炒牛肉$78相當夠鑊氣, 蝦醬炒得香噴噴, 絕對提升咗牛肉嘅鮮味。 牛肉的份量亦唔少, 送飯一流。古法蒸方利$128街市都比較少見到方利, 而且價錢較貴。 只係認識佢嘅親戚撻沙。 用古法蒸 多了一些料頭 和打茨, 味道比較豐富。 魚肉質地細嫩鮮甜, 好似話無論點樣蒸都唔會老。 但佢嘅size唔算大,所以較薄肉。豉油王煎中蝦 $128豉油香氣撲鼻, 蝦殼煎得脆脆的沾滿惹味嘅豉油香, 蝦肉結實~ 薑蔥焗桶蠔$168夠鑊氣, 桶蠔大大隻, 炸漿不厚不薄, 唔會吃到 麵粉層, 蠔肉夠嫩滑,芡汁超惹味, 充滿蒜香, 極重口味。店舖賣點係傳統中式小菜,小炒, 老火靚湯。 酒樓以外嘅便捷選擇。
