To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

檳城亞參叻沙(滲滲)-叫咗正常辣，個湯感覺喺勁辣。唔係平時食開嘅叻沙。有紅蔥，生菜，辣椒仔，菠蘿，九層塔，等。砂煲老鼠粉-有蝦米，肉碎，炸蒜，生蛋，等。個汁都好入味。砂煲燒焦咗嘅老鼠粉，都煮到啡晒。椰汁斑蘭冰-班蘭味道香濃，做椰汁甜飲超絕配搭。檳城白咖喱海鮮麵(滲滲)-朋友叫的。材料吸引。高佬麵配雞扒(醬另上)-都係朋友叫的，睇落塊雞扒好味。總括：蘇媽，蘇媽一直為港人引進地道馬來西亞菜。有馳名肉骨茶，叻沙。價錢都係街坊價。
