To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日lunch一個人食飯,揀啲搭枱快食餐方為上策,但又唔想食麥記美心嗰啲,呢間食肆不失為好選擇!之前主要食揀餸嘅湯飯,有肉有菜,又可以轉紅米飯,感覺係清淡健康!今次想來啲唔同,見佢有啲新嘅常餐,堅要支持下,重點係常餐跟飲品,其他就加$7喔!常餐組合勁奇怪,沙茶牛肉公仔麵配泰式雞鎚伴薯條、薑絲豬膶牛肉烏冬配瑞士雞翼伴班戟、豬扒公仔麵配越式春卷伴薄飯,好唔同茶記常餐,大開眼界呀!揀左薑絲豬膶牛肉米粉,配瑞士雞翼伴班戟,加$3轉凍檸茶!瑞士雞翼夠入味,味道唔錯,但牛肉係用粉la過無牛肉味,湯底無味,而班戟得甜味無蛋香!感覺係做緊啲唔擅長嘅嘢!
