疫情期間忍咗口咁耐難得可以出嚟食飯,當然要食好啲!我地2個人今次為咗試新野叫咗好多野食首先係Oxtail Ravioli 味道極濃郁,牛尾煮到好林不過食得多略嫌有點鹹,可能外國人的口味一向比較重。Scallop carpaccio 使用新鮮的北海道帆立貝 味道鮮甜,配上菠蘿果肉令味道豐富更具層次,作為前菜十分適合。Ginger me以威士忌作基酒的特色調酒,口味偏酸,但仍保有威士忌酒香。入口清新而且容易,加入蛋白增強了口感及層次。不習慣烈酒人士亦可品嚐。最後甜品叫左個tiramisu 同豆腐布丁2個味道都好濃郁好creamy!食落甜度啱啱好,唔會好膩有驚喜
