To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

非一般難吃的茶餐廳

一般茶餐廳不好吃我一向不會計較評論，平民菜式能吃飽就可以，所以非一般難食的茶餐廳我才會寫。很不幸這一間茶餐廳真是非一般的難吃。先說這次的椒鹽豬扒客飯，椒鹽豬扒無椒鹽味，豬扒本身不用鐵板也硬得可稱為鐵板豬扒，只吃一口就不想再吃了。水準實在太差了，這道菜一文也不值。同日點的其他菜式也全都低於平均水平，只是一般地不好吃，什麼都差一點，沒椒鹽豬扒般差，價格卻有點偏高，整體怎麼說也不合格，全部都賣超過30元就會覺得不值了。
