最近身邊的人陸陸續續都返鄉下了,令還在香港的我有點心理不平衡,於是相約朋友到這間新開的日本料理餐廳,品嘗由日藉師傅主理的omakase,安慰一下目前無法去旅行的心情!設有2款Omakase套餐,價錢分為$680及$880,前者有3款刺身和1款煮物,後者就有5款刺身、3款煮物及肉類,兩款套餐都有齊前菜、燒魚、温菜、飯食、湯及甜品。一場來到當然要食得豐盛點,便選了廚師發板 ($880)。前菜5款盛合先拔頭籌的有精緻的五款前菜,屬驚喜之作。南爪伴肉碎再加點果仁碎,口感豐富,讓菜色更添層次,令人相當開胃。當中酒釀巨峰提子,略帶酒香,味道甜美,令人耳目一新。刺身5款盛合白魷魚肉質結實嫩滑,口感帶嚼勁,配上莓醬襯托出白魷魚的鮮味和質感。八爪魚吸盤口感爽脆,吃起來脆卜卜。牡丹蝦鮮嫩肥碩,富有彈性,口感軟糯帶爽,味道鮮甜。燒魚皿貝下面放一些昆布,再加入清酒去蒸煮,原隻北寄貝肉厚肥美,口感爽彈,慢慢滲出淡淡的酒香,味道鮮甜。煮物3款鮟鱇魚肝綿密細膩,柔嫩香醇,配上酸汁啫喱及橙肉,味道清香微酸,增添清新口感。芝士豆腐充滿鹹香,海膽鮮甜,滋味無窮。肉類將和牛放在朴葉上面燒煮,賣相特別,和牛柔軟。温菜菠菜麵入
