To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一間有越式和港式的茶餐廳，雖然早上冇乜客，但樓面都好忙，連比餐牌我都需要啲時間，呢樣野做得唔太好菜名：越式雙拼粉麵餐（熟牛肉+煎蛋）$42整體而言，成個餐我都係失望嘅，原因有以下幾點1.湯底完全吾係越式湯2.個河粉係煮過頭，令到質感變得太軟爛，加上佢應該係加熱湯係預煮的河粉上面，所以啲河粉係痴住左成一大舊3:熟牛肉係用平時沙嗲牛肉既肉而吾係牛肉片，啲肉已經因為落左鬆肉粉而失去左本來的味道我個人不大推薦食呢一間的早餐，實在令我失望

整體而言，成個餐我都係失望嘅，原因有以下幾點
