To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 叫兩個晚餐1. 前菜個單骨雞翼乾到硬,唔知炸左幾耐。我平日太古城食開係必食之選。另外個芥蘭真係單人份量到得3條好幼既芥蘭😂個蝦餅….. 林到阿媽都唔認得2. 叫兩個main,唔明白個外籍(菲籍)侍英咩事,讀俾佢聽亦有指俾佢睇,阿經理又再出嚟問一次係咪左乜嘢,最後亦有複我單一次,點知去到尾入單都係錯…..焗飯,我會講大快活好食過佢好多其他唔想再講我只係終於明白,點解太古個間咁多人,呢間平日都無乜客……..
