To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 離開觀塘呢個咁多人嘅地方之前,梗係要把握最後機會約一約朋友食飯啦。今次揀咗APM 4樓嘅一杯,傳聞係非常不錯嘅一間食店,所以今次就係試一試。叫咗一個lunch set,壽司加蕎麥麵。一上枱,個樣非常靚仔,分量亦覺得啱啱好。前菜係一啲類似羅伯斯牛蒡絲嘅食物,唔錯幾好食,甜甜地㗎。之後食咗個蕎麥麵,份量唔係好多,大約半個出前一丁,味道來講都唔錯。最後梗係品嚐一下個壽司啦,食材來講中規中矩,味道都幾好,最值得讚嘅係壽司唔係一夾就散,飯好實淨下,而且師傅手勢不錯,唔似係求其將舊魚生放喺飯上面,一夾就食材同飯分離果隻。總括而言,不論餐廳質素同食物質素,性價比都幾高,不妨一試。

總括而言,不論餐廳質素同食物質素,性價比都幾高,不妨一試。
