Daddy早已同同事去食過呢間私房菜而且每次番黎都讚口不絕所以今次佢就趁約到時間帶屋企人去試一下 食之前當然要訂枱, 餐廳會俾定menu你㨂食咩,方便買材料預份量 你要講明邊位要食d咩方便上菜!去到嗰幢大廈係要轉lift,搭一架上到大堂再轉一架入到餐廳環境企理,有兩隻好得意嘅狗仔 去到佢會mark低咩人坐咩位 首先黎一籃自製麵包,食晒可以再加的麵包焗得香脆,有少少sea salt 好香 我地另外叫左一支甜汽酒十分好飲(抱歉唔記得係咩名) 頭盤我㨂左iberico ham with meloniberico ham 係36個月的, 我自己很喜歡因為36個月又唔會太咸但又唔會有個種腥味 不過如果可以俾多少少melon就好喇因為ham俾得很多 另外的頭盤係live oyster,屋企人話好新鮮好甜 湯是cream of forest mushrooms with truffle, 我自己不太好忌廉湯因為驚好膩,不過佢呢個又無呢個感覺!唔夠仲可以添的!  soup with freshly baked bread 是無敵 唯一是truffle 味可以再濃少少不過其實都

頭盤我㨂左iberico ham with melon
iberico ham 係36個月的, 我自己很喜歡因為36個月又唔會太咸但又唔會有個種腥味

不過如果可以俾多少少melon就好喇因為ham俾得很多

另外的頭盤係live oyster,屋企人話好新鮮好甜

湯是cream of forest mushrooms with truffle, 我自己不太好忌廉湯因為驚好膩,不過佢呢個又無呢個感覺!唔夠仲可以添的!

唯一是truffle 味可以再濃少少不過其實都已經很好味

第三道菜是duck liver with apple or pan-fried scallop
我就㨂左scallop!煎得恰度好處 外面香脆入面依然嫩滑!仲要俾4大隻哈哈哈

諗起都仲想食

屋企人要duck liver都好好味 都係外脆內軟 乜肝嗰d都係比較膩 所以配埋生果食就可以減低油膩感 而今次餐廳就用左蘋果蓉

上主菜前會serve紅酒或者白酒

都係紅酒for 肉類,白酒for海鮮
白酒唔會太酸同'鞋'口, 紅酒媽媽話覺得放耐左好飲d


終於到主菜

有三款,全部都配埋磨菇, 露筍同薯蓉


1st: French veal of steak
爸爸要左呢個牛排五成熟
牛排好'lum', 好juciy 

不過相比起其他兩個main呢個已經算係比較遜色

油封鴨脾做得非常出色

個皮雖然十分邪惡但係絕對是重點
個皮煎得好香脆
但肉身依然鮮嫩, 無咩酥味

3rd: French confit of duckbaked seabass
我自己就㨂左呢個魚!!!!十分有驚喜!! 

呢個真係好好味有d breadcrumbs 喺魚上面有d脆口

魚都係好滑
成日食seabass食到咁上下就發現都係有d雪味但呢個係無的!
食完仲想再食!配埋佢個sauce真係十分令人回味

如果你食得好飽,想遲d先上甜品可以同佢地講
甜品係warm cheese cake with ice cream 仲有無花果

焗熱左嘅芝士蛋糕配凍的雲尼拿雪糕同朱古力心太軟配雪糕有異曲同工之妙

芝士蛋糕portion不太大所以唔會好滯

總括而言呢餐十分滿意
所有野都做得好好味好有心機

服務十分周到,總之你想點同佢地講都會配合到你
例如你太飽想等多陣先上令一個course 


見到另外幾枱人客都係慶祝生日哈哈

不過唔一定要有咩特別節日先去嘅!
順帶一提餐廳是可以包場的


自己就唔會㨂牛排做main course,因為我覺得無咩特別,最重要用料夠靚。
相反另外嗰兩款main 就好食得出心機同時間 自己好難整到
