To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天到了元氣壽司吃午餐，那裏最近裝修成高速線，餐廳的小火車會把你所點的食物運送到你的桌前。環境方面：餐廳裏有很多座位，很寛敞。衛生方面：餐廳非常清潔，但有時還會有餐具和食物殘渣在地上......食物方面：首先是飛魚籽壽司，飛魚籽很新鮮，不會太軟。然後是海鮮日式燉蛋，裏面有帶子、蟹柳、魚蛋、冬菇......材料很豐富。 再是北寄貝沙律壽司，北寄貝非常鮮甜，飯粒很入味。接着是竹輪卷湯烏冬，麵條很滑，魚蛋很彈牙。最後是泡芙，忌廉很冷，很甜。我非常推薦讀者到元氣壽司用餐。
