生日飯食到七月都重有得食,之前朋友介紹黎識過,今次再返嚟呢度食生日飯。打電話嚟訂位嘅時候,佢哋會提醒需唔需要預留定一啲食物,例如海鮮,威靈頓牛柳。所以今次訂位嘅時候我哋留咗生蠔,聖子,同埋青口。睇相你都見到,法國生蠔超級肥美,原本我哋只係叫咗半達,食完之後我哋再encore多半打😋蟶子應該係焗嘅,有啲菠菜薦底,火候控制得好好,冇overcook,非常之好味。青口就係白汁青口,白汁味道非常濃郁,你可以選擇緊薯條或者麵包,我哋選擇左麵包,就算食晒啲青口同埋麵包,我仲留住左啲汁,唔俾佢收,我之後用嚟家樂意粉度,非常正😜另外我哋叫咗個係餅沙律,味道其實幾好,但係可惜係上晒主菜佢先至嚟。主菜我哋叫咗黑毛豬,羊架,香蒜辣椒炒蜆意粉。黑毛豬非常出色,後設但係唔會un,我會推介俾大家。楊假火喉亦都控制得好好。至於炒蜆意粉,中規中矩,但係我加咗白汁青口嘅白汁之後就令到佢非常出色👍🏻甜品我哋今次冇嗌,因為有生日蛋糕,但係我非常推介佢個churro,上次食過,非常好味😋
