To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行完山黎到出名多美食既大埔,花左20分鐘search 下有咩野值得一試,最後搵到和𣈱金廚支竹蝴蝶腩唔係好燶醬汁嗰種炆腩肉,個汁清清地但係好入味, 蝴蝶腩炆得夠琳客家煎釀豆腐,炸得超香脆,唔肯定中間釀既係豬肉定係魚肉,但係足滿鹹香味,幾蚊一件價錢好相宜,但係比較細件,每人一件唔係好夠喉素鵝腐皮有豆香味,好香口一啲都唔漏,餡料滿滿,又唔會話脆到𠝹口原本想食滷水生腸,但係已經賣晒,店員介紹滷水墨魚片,果然冇介紹錯,滷水入味,墨魚爽口唔會過靭,上面有少少麻油,非常惹味碗仔翅非一般貨色,見個樣比較淺色,又冇冬菇木耳,以為好削,點知一啖落口已經食到有海味香味,入面仲有魚唇,大愛客家苦瓜釀魚肉魚肉比例十足,好香口,配埋個煮過既汁(並非一般豉汁/ 豉油),送飯首選見人人都推介紅棗糕,果然同市面上一般煙靭驚紅棗糕唔同,介乎棗泥與西式蛋糕之間嘅口感,突破咗我對紅棗糕嘅認知,食完忍唔住買咗一盒8件帶走比屋企人試總括而言,今餐非常滿足,碟頭比較細,可以試多幾款菜,晚上8:00 已經有好多嘢售罄,店員10分有禮,充滿人情味💛 有機會一定會再黎2人點了共9樣菜:四臣湯兩碗(細)枝竹炆蝴蝶腩客家煎釀豆腐兩件滷水墨魚
