To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

幾星期前落訂要間K房，早一晚仲訂海鮮 - 象拔蚌加聖子。食飯前四個鐘話冇咗間房。 隱隱晦晦話有啲事，問咗一陣先話俾咗人。其實真係幾醒目，臨食先話冇咗間房，睇死你星期五咁遲周圍搵唔到位。經理電話話會俾85折，埋單先話海鮮加牛肉冇折。又話一向都係咁，我哋第一次嚟有點會知你啲潛規則。真係公你贏字我輸。 啲食物唔差，不過好貴，五百幾蚊一碟牛少得可憐。可能我哋真係唔好運，希望大家順順利利，不過俾嗰萬蚊一肚氣真係冇下次
