To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 落咗颱風之後嗰晚黎咗呢到食晚餐,叫咗個滙豐信用卡嘅set再加兩個餸。其中個蝦完全係冇味嘅,之後其他餸全部都上晒就差過海參,追咗好多次成半個鐘都未上,隔籬枱遲過我哋半個鐘入嚟都早過我哋上嗰海參,等咗半個鐘之後又再上錯俾隔籬枱,之後仲想將俾比錯隔籬枱嗰海參俾我哋,我都話要cancel又話唔得。最後過咗5分鐘之後終於上咗,佢話個菜係重新煮過,但個菜唔熱淨係海參係熱嘅嘅,都唔知係唔係之前上錯個盤🙄最後就送咗個唔好食嘅甜品當係補償
