To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 帶著兩個小朋友到酒樓打算舒舒服服食個晚餐明明已經沒有幾檯客 上飲料超慢 上菜更甚 點了龍躉 要三十分鐘以上才上 更是我們多次提醒才上 不知是否漏單想再多點小菜 侍應也沒有告知last order時間 跟我們說廚師收工走了最後吃了一肚氣 屢次被催促埋單 但是卻沒有單 要我們帶著兩個一歲三歲小朋友找單明明說給我們折扣 信用卡也扣數了 然後說計算錯了沒有折 其他侍應不停詢問我們是否埋單 感覺就像我們走數了 請問現在餐飲業是這樣做生意的嗎? 想不到一個大集團會有這麼差的體驗
