唔建議去呢一間PLEASE DO NOT GO HERENOT RECOMMENDED 第一，我喺OpenRice book位，話會送甜品，最後一條毛都冇第二，因為我哋唔飲酒，亦都冇嗌其他飲品，啲員工黑口黑面，但係佢哋啲水係有收費，$98一個人free flow，但係叫佢哋斟水嘅時候，個個擰歪面，唔過嚟斟水第三，我哋其中一個餸，係嗌海鮮魚湯，入邊應該要有條魚(最貴嘅一樣嘢)，但係竟然魚骨都冇一條，得啲普通蝦蜆青口，夠膽死收我$988第四，去廁所嘅時候，啲職員用手指個方向俾我，跟住原來去到門口要鎖匙嘅，又唔俾，要問。之後我見到其他客人去廁所嘅時候，勁好禮貌又帶埋去開鎖匙開門。第五，我哋去到只不過係夜晚七點，同我講呢樣冇果樣冇，夾硬要我哋嗌其他嘢。I made the reservation through OpenRice and supposed there would be free dessert, but no dessert was given. I made the reservation through OpenRice and supposed there would be free dessert, but no dessert was given. Plus, I had remarked this as my friend’s birthday celebration, then of course no dessert no birthday song nothing at all.
When we were ordering, the staff told us what we wanted were already sold out, it was only 7pm and many of the menu had already sold out? So we were “forced” to order some other food.
About the food, one of the dishes we ordered was Zuppa di Pesce, when it came, we could only find some mussels and clams and bread inside, where was the fish? And we were charged for $988?
About the service, staffs there would not come over to our table to pour water for us as we had already finished our water long time, we thought that they would come check on us after a period of time but they did not, and we also had to wave our hands many times, and it felt like we were being ignored.
When I wanted to go to restroom, staff there only used finger to point the way to the restroom, but then I saw when other customers went to restroom, the staffs would show them the way to the restroom. I wonder why was I being treated differently?
I’m wondering if these are the standard customer service the restaurant provide nowadays?
