To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 委實, 真係唔明白點解之前一眾食家給予此店咁高評價.........此老店又貴又唔好食鵝片賣哂, 唯有叫鵝翼+鵝腸例牌.........味道尚可, 不過都幾細碟, HK$100 太唔抵涼瓜排骨湯幾清....HK$50, OK啦蠔烙勁油,勁淡.......HK$40 潮式魚麵HK$50......好咸, 唔熱, 好油, d配菜又未炒熟豉椒蟶子HK$80......細隻, 好咸, 無咩特別蠔仔肉碎粥HK$50.......蠔無鮮味, 湯較油水瓜魚膘HK$80.....原來唔係新鮮魚瞟, 而係炸魚肚, 又係勁味精一家四口, 食到一肚氣......此店浪得虛名, 永不錄用!
