To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說上次食過返搜味,今次去到第二區又見到同一間店既分店,就再黎食過,呢間分店地方店面大好多,而且坐得又舒服。首先我叫左個香酥豬扒肉燥乾拌麵,份量都好多,豬扒炸到岩岩好,一啲都唔油膩,非常脆口,啲肉燥係瘦肉黎,重有麵底非常彈牙,好有彈性,非常有口感。友人就選左鹽酥雞便當,雞塊炸到金黃色,非常鬆脆,味道重好好,重有好多其他配料,有勁多餸菜可以送飯食,真係好抵食。份量好足,岩曬一班大胃王。再叫多個小食炸花枝丸,有成5粒咁多,炸到外脆內軟,好似炸魚蛋既口感,呢個重更加豐富,一試過返唔到轉頭。跟住叫左兩杯野飲,一杯係黑糖珍珠仙草鮮奶,甜甜地唔算非常甜,較為健康,啲黑糖珍珠好多,好有口感。我就選左芝士奶蓋夏日荔枝紅茶,好有層次,上面個層芝士非常香濃,係我既最愛,下面嗰層就好冰凍心涼,真係好涼快。配合得非常好。
