Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

成日都聽人講合時嘅小炒好有鑊氣 今次專誠由坑口站行到去坑口村試一試真假雖然去嘅當日落好大雨 但係都見到座無虛席 我哋叫咗一個沙嗲粉絲煲 一個蒜香炒排骨 同埋百味豆腐煲三樣食物嘅份量都真係好大份 沙嗲粉絲煲都好足料 不過略嫌加咗八角有少少苦 另外蒜香炒排骨真係非常好食 外脆內軟 肉質亦都唔會好硬身。百味豆腐其實真係用咗好多唔同材料一齊去煮 仲有好多海鮮 包括左魷魚 鮮蝦 同埋豬肝 而且味道都好有層次感 豆腐好滑身 可以講係必食之選 下次都要同埋一班朋友一齊再去啊
