牛上肋嘅肥肉比較多,本身會怕肥膩,但原來係沙嗲湯底淥完之後,一入口有即溶嘅感覺,一啲都唔覺得肥膩,牛嘅肥膏都有好重嘅牛香味,加上佢唔會切得好厚(但份量都唔少),所以唔會覺得好滯好膩。幾款牛肉裏面,我就最鍾意呢一款

呢度嘅沙嗲湯底非常濃郁,所以響鈴真係絕配,浸一浸響鈴已經痴到晒沙嗲湯底嘅精華上嚟,一入口,微辣但唔會搶咗沙嗲嘅香味

今晚嘅火鍋晚餐,視覺、環境享受之餘,仲可以認識到、品嚐到牛唔同嘅部位,唔係度度都有架!加上店員好親切,又有耐性,我同朋友今晚都食得好滿足!
