To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

回顧一下尋日喺西環“周記點心+茶餐廳”食嘅香芋流沙西多士，自問一向對西環零認識嘅我， 只係喺ig度先得知有一個咁出名嘅流沙西多士。原來係日本有大篇報道，好多日本人都會慕名而來，就係為了一試呢個流沙西多士。🤣🤣 .我梗係都唔執輸啦~ 等我食番個香芋流心西多士，嘩~睇到嗎？ 香芋流沙非常澎湃， 切開香芋流沙馬上衝出嚟， 源源不絕有如滔滔流水😆😆😆😆 而且陣陣的香芋味滲出，喂呀～究竟點做到㗎??🤔🤔 .味道呢～ 好重香芋味，而且唔太甜，一啲都唔覺膩，仲食到有粒粒香芋肉添😋😋西多外脆內軟，我終於明白點解咁多人都為佢以來了，哈哈😁😁下次我要試流心朱古力西多士🍫😚😚
