做完一日嘢想去居酒屋坐下食返餐好,今次就試下今年1月新開嘅Mata Japanese Cuisine刺身沙律 - 油甘魚、無花果、沙律生菜、椰菜絲同蕃茄仔,賣相吸引,食材新鮮,配搭有創意,油甘魚撈咗芝麻更香口,開胃之選三色燒蠔 - 蠔鮮甜、肥美,三種味道分別係XO醬、鹽燒同明太子,加埋本身嘅海水味,味道特別亦突出青 - sake、vodka、果汁同wasabi嘅配搭好特別,剩係喺呢度見過呢個組合,新鮮感十足,從來冇想像過菠蘿汁同wasabi嘅味道係咁夾,好正黃 - rum、advocaat、果汁嘅配搭一樣特別,飲落有益力多嘅味道,有份子料理嘅感覺,兩款cocktail都好高質大吟釀煮蜆 - 用大吟釀嚟煮蜆好有誠意,個湯煮出嚟嘅味道同一般用普通白酒煮嘅好唔同,酒香更濃,飲落更清甜,蜆本身又新鮮又大粒,洗得好乾淨,加埋大量新鮮蔥花,好高質嫩雞煨日式拉麵 - 又係另一創意之作,神還完上海嘅嫩雞煨麵,用上日式拉麵,成個感覺又fusion又日式,雞肉好嫩,菜亦新鮮爽口,食落好有驚喜花生酥 - 冇諗過花生酥會咁好食,花生味極濃,口感鬆脆,好食到即場買走咗兩盒禮盒裝門面有傳統日式居酒屋嘅感覺得嚟又有

門面有傳統日式居酒屋嘅感覺得嚟又有啲新式嘅feel,提供嘅種類多得嚟又時令又有創意,賣相吸引,又特別又驚喜,睇得出店主真係好用心製作,好夠膽用創新嘅方式處理食材

室內同室外嘅座位都好乾淨好舒服,我今次坐bar枱,可以同店主傾偈,店主除咗會介紹食物同飲品嘅做法同特色,亦會同大家傾偈,好似個老朋友咁,講下大家嘅近況、經驗,閒話家常,感覺好親切,真係好有去咗旅行嘅感覺,氣氛好好,坐到唔捨得走,期待下次再嚟捧場
