To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日專登去尖沙咀H8搵嘢食，見到水牌有間西餐廳，就想去試吓。餐廳燈光暗暗地，好有浪漫情調。我哋兩個人總共order左一份晚餐，一份full set 晚餐包括一份主菜、餐飲、前菜、餐湯。再加一個main course. Share來食。點完菜，先來一盤面包，有3款唔同口味嘅面包。餐湯係紅湯，感覺似蘿宋湯或牛尾湯之類，但係佢比一般蘿宋湯濃一d，似係加左cream嘅質感，味道好好，唔會太鹹，湯入邊仲有牛腩粒，牛腩粒好軟滑，好好味。呢個湯真係好值得推介。前菜我揀左巴拿馬火腿沙律，混合左多款沙律菜，好新鮮，巴拿馬火腿好香、好好味。主菜我揀咗帶子海鮮燴飯。帶子好大粒，燴飯用嘅汁充滿海鮮嘅鮮味，好新鮮嘅感覺，飯嘅質感軟硬度適中，非常好味，極力推介。另一款主菜單點，我揀咗黑毛豬漢堡配炸番薯條，意料之外咁好食，厚切豬柳夾喺漢堡中間，豬柳嘅質感好滑好Juicy, 調味好好好，感覺有少少胡椒味；炸蕃薯條外脆內軟，唔會炸到硬晒乾晒，呢味菜式我都非常推介。總結呢度非常值得再來光顧，尤其係拍拖情侶或慶祝浪漫節日。
