天氣開始涼涼地,出街食嘢,就自然好想食啲暖粒粒嘅粉麵😌今日行開旺角見到呢間新開嘅港式湯麵館,見到佢賣點系湯底每日熬製達5小時,一定夠曬鮮味,所以就入去試吓:我叫咗佢哋嘅⭐招牌花膠濃湯雞鍋粉線(仲外加咗豬潤)- 雞鍋真係好足料,有厚厚嘅花膠,新鮮嘅豬潤同嫩滑嘅雞肉,再加上呈現自然的奶白色嘅雞湯,真係夠曬鮮味。- 店員仲介紹俾我知,原來湯底先用蒸爐3小時,仲係數公斤重的雞隻獲取原汁原味, 真係夠曬精華👍🏻⭐腐皮釀蝦滑- 小食有四件,腐皮炸得勁脆,蝦滑又夠曬味,吾錯!🥤凍檸檬七喜- 呢個就唔使多講啦,絕對係我哋香港人最愛嘅港式嘅凍飲之一!😝
