To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有朋友唔好西餐、又唔o岩泰國菜、又驚某酒家有雪茄魚,最後迫於無奈地去了一間在橫街的所謂海鮮酒家(如果我發板一定唔會o黎呢間,因為難得o黎到西貢冇理由食咁普通的小菜)。食之前我想應該唔會太差,話晒都係旅遊區。點解哈哈哈!我寧願去街邊食碗雲吞麵。我第一次食到d生炒骨係一d汁都冇,又乾又’鞋’口;上湯菜雞、鹽焗雞每樣半隻,兩碟雞都係’鞋’口唔滑,又冇雞味;東江豆腐煲-我似為叫錯係上湯豆腐煲,連好普通的黃豆都係冇,豆腐又係’鞋’;粟米班塊肯定唔係新鮮炸起,因為唔夠熱,而肉質唔夠厚似班片,較好個碟係京都骨,叫做夠入味,唔算太乾,不過一樣係搵滴汁都冇。其餘兩味炒菜味道一般,如果炒得唔好真係等執笠。
