中秋節當然是要吃燒肉,於是跟友人約好一起去吃韓燒,選了中午時分來到位於尖沙咀的南大門BBQ 韓燒店,是要避開晚上聚餐的人流🌕果然正午來到也沒什麼食客,也不用急可以慢慢品嘗這裡的店員好像是韓國人,不過餐牌有中韓二文,所以直接用指的或用簡單的英文便行點餐後,店員先送上小菜及熱茶,分別是辣泡菜、炒西芹及炒油麥菜,後2者都是第一次在韓式餐廳吃到🥩 牛肉拼盤 Beef BBQ Set (A) ($560)點了一款原味的牛肉拼盤,4款肉分別是牛肉眼、牛肋骨肉、肩胛肉及牛板腱🥩原味才最能吃到肉的鮮味,而其中最大塊的是牛肉眼,燒久了點還能保持肉質且軟腍🤤沾上一點大醬/椒鹽麻油,配上一小片生蒜及泡菜,再在生菜包一起食用✨套餐還包了大醬湯/泡菜湯,點了大醬湯,湯內有豆腐、蜆、翠肉瓜、菇等,材料豐富又鮮甜美味🥤 汽水($20)
