同朋友講開韓燒,突然好想食醬油蟹,上網搵到依間好多人大推醬油蟹,所以專登過九龍搵食。重點當然有醬油蟹啦,蟹肉鮮甜,入味得嚟唔會太鹹,第一次蟹膏加生蛋黃食,令蟹膏口感綿滑,用嚟配紫菜飯ball真係冇得輸😋😋因為朋友唔食牛,所以揀左唯一冇牛嘅BBQ Set A,有五花腩,辣醬五花腩,豬頸肉,配料亦非常豐富,有香腸,芝士,茄子,雪耳,大豆芽菜,泡菜。特別係雪耳,烤雪耳真係第一次食,好爽脆,驚喜十足。食到熱辣辣,叫個韓式牛腩冷麵降下溫。食韓國菜點會少得韓國前菜呢~我最愛嘅泡菜,亦都係我愛嘅味道,辣之中唔太酸,亦唔咸,應該醃得唔算好耐,口感好清爽。另外醃蘿蔔同烤肉好perfect match,可以中和烤肉嘅油脂,好食到忍唔住refill咗幾次🤭

因為朋友唔食牛,所以揀左唯一冇牛嘅BBQ Set A,有五花腩,辣醬五花腩,豬頸肉,配料亦非常豐富,有香腸,芝士,茄子,雪耳,大豆芽菜,泡菜。特別係雪耳,烤雪耳真係第一次食,好爽脆,驚喜十足。
