很多去過韓國的朋友都說醬油蟹是韓國必食,一般在香港都不會食到。聽友人介紹,位於黃埔站出口的韓宮有自家醃製醬油蟹,價錢只是68蚊一隻,實在超值得很。上菜前先來韓式小食四小碟,有泡菜、蘿蔔、波菜及薯仔,每款味道醃得剛好。醬油蟹醬油蟹切開四件,每件均有金黃色蟹膏,蟹肉輕輕一吸已經可以食到,不用工具。蟹肉入口軟滑,鮮甜無比,蟹蓋已經放上一隻生雞蛋,拌勻蟹膏、紫菜及白飯,入口滋味滿分。Set A 烤五花腩 辣醬烤五花腩 烤豬頸肉烤盤傾斜的設計令烤肉的多餘油份能夠流出,整個燒烤過程不用換盤,方便衛生。燒肉及配菜已經整齊放在烤盤上,只要一開火,就可以等待燒肉烤成。五花腩及豬頸肉切得厚薄適中,入口很有質感。配菜中雪耳及芝士很特別,雪耳清淡爽口,芝士不會完全烤溶但有拉芝效果。韓式甜酸炸雞炸雞份量十足,新鮮炸起,甜酸味道適中,香脆可口雞肉嫩滑,芥末醬及醃蘿蔔很能中和熱氣感。泡菜豬肉/海鮮煎餅 泡菜豬肉及海鮮煎餅可以雙拼,煎餅新鮮煎起,海鮮中蝦隻甚多,蝦肉鮮甜彈牙,泡菜豬肉微辣,略帶發酵酸味,韭菜及蔥段烤過後十分香口。 continue reading

收工想食韓國菜,試一試呢間,鄰近黃埔A出口,都算方便前菜四小品,味道正常,開胃同間餐都唔錯餐廳做緊優惠醬油蟹$68一隻,望一望疑似係老闆娘親自上陣影宣傳照,咁有誠意梗係要叫一隻賣相好出色,配紫菜飯小碟生蛋黃+蟹膏+秘製醬汁撈勻,畫面好治癒拌勻後再加入一口紫菜飯,鮮甜醬油蟹膏香由口入胃蟹身同樣爆膏,而且生蟹肉相當柔軟,大力一口已經徹底吸入,毋須拆開所有蟹殼豬肉BBQ拼盤好大堆頭,三款不同豬肉仲有蔬菜,比平時單純食燒肉清爽好多,燒芝士煙韌又帶芝士香。平時都係煮湯水,首次燒烤形式登場嘅雪耳,原來都駕馭得到燒烤盤微微傾側,原來有漏油口,咁就可以將燒肉時產生嘅過量油份自動隔走,細心大兜亂韓燒第一次咁食,唔需要蘸醬都夠哂味道一餐冇澱粉質總覺得唔夠圓滿,煎餅可雙拼,啱哂三心兩意乜都想試嘅me餐廳韓國老闆娘雖然只能英文溝通,但相當親切有禮,仲無限用餐時間,整體感覺甚佳 continue reading

以前唔會成日起黃埔, 因為覺得好唔方便, 而家搭地鐵就可以係黃埔站出行幾分鐘就勁多野食。呢間韓宮如果您掛住韓國既醬油蟹真心可以黎食,$198隻,配埋紫菜飯。果凍口感,好鮮甜,而家d蟹好鮮,係韓國老闆娘秘製配方。而家點餐滿$300以上+$68仲可以點多隻😍同另一半或者您個friend 都唔洗爭!蟹膏撈飯好香。然後醃到d肉好軟,一啜就入到口,配飯果然很讚!但唔係好夠喉😂但始終蟹太涼不易過多唯有下次再食啦,encore左好幾次🧡本人唔食得牛,佢好好有豬set $399/set。都好飽😆下!不過價錢係中高,人均大約$400-$500同埋人手不足🥹店面唔係好夠人,所以多人個時有少少甩漏。 continue reading

提到極具特色的韓式燒肉,不得不介紹一下黃埔呢間地道韓國菜。前菜有好地道又超好食嘅泡菜、菠菜、薯仔,都係我超級鐘意嘅前菜韓式燒肉最重要就係食材本身的鮮美味道,優質的燒肉會散發出濃烈香氣和肉汁🤤呢個燒肉拼盤好有派頭,唔同平時嘅韓燒用網慢慢燒,宜係一次過的(牛肋骨最後先燒),個鐵板設計斜斜地,好貼心地流走多餘嘅油脂👍🏻五花腩、豬頸肉、牛五花 冇好多調味嘅情況下都已經好食👍🏻 調味牛肋骨亦好好食!冇蓋咗牛肉嘅鮮味燒雪耳更是驚喜所在。燒烤後的雪耳保持了原有的爽脆口感,但多了一層微焦的香氣,非常別具風味。另外佢嘅自家醃製醬油蟹亦係一大亮點。蟹肉鮮甜多汁,加上濃郁醇厚的醬油調味,保留蟹膏嘅鹹香鮮味。另外仲可以配埋紫菜飯撈汁撈蟹膏咁食😋酸甜炸雞夠哂大份,每件都好脆好香口,包裹無酸甜汁,配埋韓國特色黑桑子酒,滿足!🥳 continue reading
