Terrace in Seaside (바다앞 테라스) 位於韓國首爾近郊仁川市,顧名思義鄰近海邊坐擁無敵海景,雖然香港兩間分店均不設露天座位,景色相對而言或稍微遜色,但食物方面與韓國店大同小異,依然能夠感受當地風味。炸雞分別有醬油蒜頭炸雞、甜辣果仁炸雞、蜂蜜牛油炸雞等六款口味,更提供有骨或無骨選擇。濟州柑橘無骨炸雞 ($108/半份) 均勻裹上柑橘醬色澤金黃,味道酸甜近似韓式柚子蜜,不論熱度或脆度同樣十足,肉質亦稱得上嫩滑而且保留肉汁。另外配上韓式年糕及炸薯條,前者煙煙韌韌而後者香脆可口,沾上柑橘醬同樣清爽配合。傳統紫菜包飯 ($72) 餡料包括紅蘿蔔、雞蛋、青瓜、醃蘿蔔及牛肉,惟飯粒較乾而且欠缺麻油香,建議可以加入麻油提升香氣之餘亦令整體更加濕潤。泡菜燉五花肉蛋包飯 ($158) 頂層放上欖型奄列搖搖欲墜,輕輕𠝹破蛋皮後蛋漿呈半熟流心質感嫩滑。五花肉肥瘦勻稱油脂豐腴,外層以泡菜覆蓋鹹辣味濃,而飯底加入少量肉粒及醬油炒製粒粒飽滿分明。水果忌廉三文治 ($62) 會因應季節配合不同水果,麵包鬆軟而忌廉幼滑輕盈。當日除了用上橙和奇異果之外更驚喜地加入紫薯,兩款水果鮮甜多汁配以紫薯綿密粉糯
