當【PURADAK CHICKEN】黎香港開分店既時候已經好多人介紹話係炸鷄界既Prada(讀音相似),但之前人流好多,所以最近先去試左。有骨半半炸鷄:叫左粟米紫菜味,total有一隻鷄、用先焗後炸方式炮製將油份逼出再炸至酥脆、炸粉好薄、裏面仲好juicy。粟米味非常香甜同濃郁、有少少似sour cream既味道;紫菜味甜味比較少、用左韓式紫菜天婦羅做調味,幾特別。韓式炒粉絲:新鮮炒起、好多餡,而且好香麻油味。黑色芝士球:外層皮非常煙靭、裏面芝士拉絲,另外加左粟米調味粉更加香甜。炸紫菜粉絲卷:同外面其他餐廳唔同、感覺係自己整既、紫菜味非常香。
