炸雞我自己比較鍾意食有骨,雖然會麻煩D,但會好味D。個參雞湯差唔多食完,個炸雞就嚟,時間啱啱好!今次揀咗紫菜脆脆炸雞,同埋青陽辣椒 Mayo炸雞炸雞份量足,先試紫菜脆脆炸雞,我暫時未響其他店食過呢隻味,上面有幾塊炸脆咗嘅紫菜,好香口,我揀咗食放響面嘅雞翼,一咬落去,雞翼面嘅味料同紫菜碎跌到一檯都係😂 個皮炸得夠香脆,雞肉夠滑(咁雞翼係好難唔滑嘅),好惹味,正!食完餐飯會見到檯面係 tasty 式摎挍,因為一檯都係碎,但係會好開心!跟住試青陽辣椒 Mayo炸雞,mayonnaise 本身已經好邪惡,混入咗青陽辣椒嘅mayonnaise 辣得好過癮,係魔鬼級嘅誘惑,不過,如果你係唔食得辣嘅,就唔好揀呢款,因為算係幾辣嘅~ 呢款揀咗雞胸肉食,雞肉好juicy 嫩滑,亦都好入味,掂👍

埋單嘅時候,覺得嗰個係似老闆嘅韓國人,我忍唔住問佢個參雞湯煲咗幾耐,點解可以煲到連雞骨都溶化咗?🤔老闆係一口流利英語,話個湯係煲咗6個鐘以上,同埋用咗一個傳統做法(當然冇話我知),所以雞肉好易離骨,同埋佢哋見到有太大嘅骨都會攞走咗,呢種秘方可能就係佢哋獨有呱~

成餐飯食得好滿足又開心,所以大家去韓國街搵食,都可以試吓行去偏離大街嘅小街入面,可能會有驚喜!

果然係Puradak嘅招牌菜式!炸雞可揀有骨/無骨~我覺得食炸雞有骨過癮啲,所以揀「有骨」!
