流行了一段時間的韓式BBQ, 仍然人氣高企. 這間店有數間分店, 為方面友人住九龍區就選了旺角分店. 店內一貫韓式裝修, 伸縮長煙囪、抽油煙尚算可; 座椅由油桶改裝,掀起椅墊可放手袋, 非常細心. 到七時左右己坐無虛席.坐下了, 店員例牌送上前菜, 有泡菜、醃洋蔥絲,菠菜和豆腐. 更有嫩綠生菜、自家製麵豉醬、生蒜、辣椒及麻油等...跟燒肉一起吃, 滋味又可減低油膩感.首先飲品選了一瓶Soju Peach Cocktails, 份量頗多, 每人至少可飲2-3杯. 洒精成份不高, 桃味突出清香, 最適合女仕飲.牛脷, 喜歡薄切吃起來會輕巧點. 油份被迫出, 香口兼牛味重, 不加任何助料食都ok鰻魚, 魚皮燒得脆脆, 肉質鮮甜特級雪花牛肉, 脂肪分佈均衡, 不用烤得過熟,只6成熟剛剛好, 否則肉質變老. 雖然沒有醃製過, 但那鮮味和原味已足夠滿足我的要求牛排骨, 經醃製過, 肉汁豐腴, 牛味沒有因醃料而失色, 反味道更加提升干貝, 味道較淡, 鮮味不足, 反而灑上檸檬汁燒起來味道會鮮甜一點鮑魚, 鮮甜, 肉質嫩, 加些少海鮮醬同吃不錯之選明蝦, 蝦身晶瑩通透, 肉質爽脆, 蝦膏
