呢期韓風大熱,我地都要跟貼潮流去食呢期大熱既韓國燒烤!今次係小魚媽第一次寫食評,要為大家介紹既係位於旺角兆萬中心13樓既BBQ 7080!朋友book位book6:00,我地5:45已經到達,服務員都好好即刻安排我地入座等候!一行四人,餐廳安排左一張5人枱比我地,餐廳內所有櫈都係以油桐設計,打開蓋面可以比客人放衫,手袋!座下來侍應就為我地送上韓式前菜,有泡菜啦,翠肉瓜啦,酸羅白,洋蔥同凍豆腐!我最鍾意係泡菜,唔太辣又新鮮!餐廳重好好準備左一樽凍麥茶比客人,令人覺得冇甘熱氣同去油!讚讚!好啦,我地急不及待要叫野食啦!我地叫左豬肉雜盤,豬皮,鰻魚,元貝,雪花牛,黑毛豬後頸肉...最最最特別係燒豬皮,因為係第一次食,所以覺得好特別!侍應話要燒到唔見白色先叫熟!鰻魚都好特別,唔係平時我地食開個d日式鰻魚,比較脆身,配上甜鼓油都幾好味!!由於我地都唔係好識分辯點樣燒係最好,所以餐廳侍應都好好主動去幫我地燒同講解比我地知應該點燒!值得一讚!!大致上餐廳內食物都好新鮮,美味!分量都多,如果想叫多d不同款式就最好叫多幾個朋友一齊去!
