姨甥生日,大伙兒為它慶生,由壽星話事,食肉獸的他首選當然是韓燒吧!照慣例又是由我來發辦,結果在喜來稀肉和BBQ7080當中選了後者。    選了BBQ 7080的旺角店,一貫7080系的風格,懷舊的油桶燒烤的裝置、首爾感的手繪壁畫、Kpop不停播,壽星仔一定滿意吧!  未點菜前,先送來一桌前菜。泡菜入味非常,不過最受歡迎的還是凍豆腐,豆香甚濃,感覺清爽。一行五人都是食肉獸,也就點了不少烤肉,也點了一些韓式傳統主食。  先談服務,這兒有不少懂英語的韓藉侍應,態度一般般吧,手勢卻是一級棒的,且十分勤快。燒干貝6PC($158)以錫紙盤子盛着,放進燒板烤熟,不怕黏板。干貝大隻厚身而且入口鮮甜,配上檸檬汁便更美味了。不過,就是略貴了一點。  BBQ7080特式弁當($30)時下的年青人都很哈韓,當然要點「搖搖便當」吧!韓式的黃銅便當盒,內有大路不過的配料: 午餐肉、泡菜、紫菜、韓式辣醬、半熟蛋和白飯。搖呀搖,然後掀開蓋子,感覺配料也沒有大兜亂,還是自己動手吧!整個飯盒由姨甥一手包辦,我嘗了一口,混有蛋汁和辣醬的飯簡單可口,但不特別。姨甥卻吃得津津有味,老實說用午餐肉伴飯,那會難吃呢?  烤豬皮

干貝大隻厚身而且入口鮮甜,配上檸檬汁便更美味了。

時下的年青人都很哈韓,當然要點「搖搖便當」吧!
韓式的黃銅便當盒,內有大路不過的配料: 午餐肉、泡菜、紫菜、韓式辣醬、半熟蛋和白飯。
搖呀搖,然後掀開蓋子,感覺配料也沒有大兜亂,還是自己動手吧!
整個飯盒由姨甥一手包辦,我嘗了一口,混有蛋汁和辣醬的飯簡單可口,但不特別。
姨甥卻吃得津津有味,老實說用午餐肉伴飯,那會難吃呢?

同行者都不太愛吃牛肉,但大家還是慷慨的讓我點了一份。
別看它顏色黑黑沉沉的,這是醬汁醃得入味的效果。
牛肉處理得當,並沒有大量出水,味道會更佳。

得到Oppa的主理,把肉燒得外脆內軟
入口肉味濃軟嫩甜甜的的肉香美味非常,不用蘸醬也覺滋味。
最奇異的是這牛肋骨很得大家歡心,最後吃得最多反而是眾人而不是我呢。

這一道比較少見,以辣式辣醬醃過,放在烤板上炒香
還以為是一般韓式辣醬的辣度,卻是更香辣的感覺,愛辣者該會十分喜歡。
已去骨的鳳爪入口彈牙,筋位十分有嚼勁,很受眾人歡迎。

有長輩同往,也點正氣而飽肚的主食吧! 鮑魚蔘雞湯以傳統韓鍋盛上,原隻鮮雞用湯汁熬得軟稔,雞的精華都滲進湯中,加上鮑魚的鮮汁,令湯汁又鮮又香,人蔘的甘甜也很突出,更不能錯過的是當中的糯米,吸收了湯的精華,十分滋味

烤什錦豬肉($298)(450G)
這是眾人一致要選的,當中有五花腩、梅頭肉、豬排和豬頸肉,份量不少。
當中最美味的當然是五花腩,半肥半瘦的腩肉肌理分明,由Oppa烤香後切成小片方便食用,肥瘦分明的肉口感帶微脆脂香豐腴,以生菜同吃口感更佳。經醃製的豬排肉入口有蜜味的香甜,也不錯。相對而言梅頭肉和豬頸肉則較為一般,雖有肉香,但未有調味之下吸引力大減,不算太受歡迎。個人認為吃韓烤,要不是選特級的肉,還是選醃製的烤肉會更理想。

與未成年親友共桌,還是安份一點好! 選了水梨汁和蜜桃汁,小小的一罐,果香像真自然,只嫌甜度高了點,好喝是好喝,但還是喝啤酒感覺更爽吧!
