韓店梗有一間係左近、今晚友人專登帶我去亞士厘道一商厦內食韓燒。装潢沒有韓風設計、簡約而平民化、坐得輕鬆自如。指定動作來了六款前菜、有泡菜、乾魚仔、芽菜、蘿蔔粒…、泡菜醃製入味、爽脆的口感、另友人讚不絕口。燒物點了牛肋骨(醃)、豬肉拼盤、鮮帶子、鮮大蝦醃製過的牛肋骨非常惹味、肉汁豐富、相信醃製過程中用了蘋果或雪梨之類、入口散發果香、停不了口。三款豬肉亦毫不遜色、最欣賞五花腩部位雖然看似太肥、但燒至微焦、油份迫出、己成為一塊色香美味的豬肉了。帶子雖小、勝在鮮、甜。大蝦彈牙爽脆的口感、食過番尋味。高麗人參雞湯湯底清甜、有陣陣參的優香、滋味又補身、最適合現時的天氣。石頭鍋飯熱烘烘的、加入少許辣醬隨即撈混、喳喳聲响、熱氣上升、焦香樸鼻。每次都喜歡點石頭鍋飯、因混入大量蔬菜和肉、口感豐富、好有飽足感。今晚真的謝謝友人的好介紹、我又可盛傳開去了。
