又到咗食韓國菜嘅時候喇,呢間主打韓國嘅雪濃湯,香港唔係度度有嫁,所以特登黎到上環食首先黎嘅係兩杯飲品,一杯係Sunrise,而另一杯係Melona Soju。前者係有氣莓味嘅雞尾酒,飲落幾清新,酒味唔太重,味道都唔太甜,不過不失~ 而後者就係將韓國大熱嘅蜜瓜奶雪條,放落燒酒到,雪條慢慢溶嘅時候,就會變成凍冰冰嘅蜜瓜味燒酒,蜜瓜味幾濃郁,令燒酒味唔會太濃烈,容易入口第一道菜係炙燒豚肉烏冬,就似平時食拉麵嘅日式叉燒咁,睇落幾似自己屋企煮咁,烏冬口感都幾彈牙,整體無咩特別黎得呢到又點可以唔食雪濃湯呢,叫雪濃湯嘅原因係湯底用牛骨熬煮,牛骨入面嘅骨膠原令湯底變成白色,就有如雪般白喇,可惜呢到嘅雪濃湯做唔到白色湯底,而係淺啡色,就好似普遍嘅牛肉湯咁。湯都有唔少片牛展肉,易咬開又帶啲爽口,伴飯食都唔錯嘅

第一道菜係炙燒豚肉烏冬,就似平時食拉麵嘅日式叉燒咁,睇落幾似自己屋企煮咁,烏冬口感都幾彈牙,整體無咩特別

黎得呢到又點可以唔食雪濃湯呢,叫雪濃湯嘅原因係湯底用牛骨熬煮,牛骨入面嘅骨膠原令湯底變成白色,就有如雪般白喇,可惜呢到嘅雪濃湯做唔到白色湯底,而係淺啡色,就好似普遍嘅牛肉湯咁。湯都有唔少片牛展肉,易咬開又帶啲爽口,伴飯食都唔錯嘅
