一班人突然想食韓國野,有個就話不如食依間,甘我地就跟佢去啦 首先食左個烤海鮮雜錦。佢端上黎既冰盤上十分豐富,有魷魚,鮑魚,青口,元貝,同大蝦。逐樣拎落去燒,火光映面,見住啲新鮮海鮮慢慢烤熟既樣子,真係有格外既滿足感! 燒得紅透的大蝦,剝殼後,裡面的蝦肉白淨細嫩,咬落去有炙香味外,還有飽滿爽彈的鮮味。很鮮甜! 其他的海鮮中,最令人期待的當然是鮑魚和元貝。鮑魚都好鮮,肉質厚實,元貝爽滑,燒完後表面既香味更加吸引。我自己卻最鍾意魷魚既炭香爽脆口感。食完個海鮮雜錦,大家覺得未夠喉,於是再多叫一樣燒烤,就係烤蔥花牛脷啦牛脷大大片,有淺淺雪花分佈,細心地烤好後,已感受到一陣牛香味撲鼻而來。咬落牛味幾濃,質感比較厚實,但入面幾爽,咀嚼時很是酣暢。微微的蔥花提起佢既味道。燒烤味極正!一餐韓式燒烤,既有海鮮,又有牛肉,一次過滿足哂我地對燒烤既兩大癮道。勝在食材新鮮份量足,我地都食得幾開心!
