今年聖誕節唔係香港過聖誕,於是提早同老公食聖誕大餐。今晚揀咗位於銅鑼灣一期嘅韓雅林,因為想食醬油蟹,朋友介紹呢間餐廳嘅醬油蟹味道唔錯,所以黎試試。電梯門一開,餐廳門口已經擺放咗聖誕樹,好有聖誕氣氛。餐廳都幾大,同樣充滿聖誕佈置 ,而且座位寬闊。今晚六點已入座,餐廳未算多人,所以侍應安排靠窗卡位俾我地,用餐環境好好,坐得好舒服。餐牌選擇種類頗多,餐廳仲有韓國侍應,進餐期間,亦有兩枱韓國客人用膳,感覺好似去左韓國傳統餐廳。落單後,侍應送上7款前菜。前菜有2款泡菜、茄子、薯仔、菠菜、大豆芽、豆腐。醬油蟹&牛油飯  $280侍應將蟹蓋裏面嘅蟹膏,放入牛油飯內攪拌。蟹膏鮮味濃郁,牛油飯內有生蛋黃同紫菜碎,令每粒飯充滿蛋香同口感滑溜,加入紫菜碎,絕配,食一碗真係唔多夠喉。餐廳好細心將醬油蟹分成兩份,亦有手套提供。醬油蟹爆多膏,鮮橙色肥美蟹膏,令食欲大增。蟹肉鮮甜,醬油唔會太鹹,食落仲有提鮮嘅作用。朋友無介紹錯,味道真係好正宗,好貼近當地食到嘅味道。烤五花肉  $180餐廳有侍應會幫手燒烤,可以一邊食住前菜,一邊等食~厚切五花肉,成個烤爐咁長,侍應燒好後,會將五花肉剪成一片片。五花肉油脂分佈平均,食

牛排骨湯份量好足,湯偏淡,裏面好多件牛,肉質煮得唔會太老,食落啖啖肉。

最後,侍應仲送上雪糕糯米滋做飯後甜品,滿足。
