To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

土瓜灣係美食寶庫，未有市區咁墟冚，未受人流嘅淪陷，可能就係因為咁，嘢食相對抵食呢間韓國料理都係做街坊生意，但質素不俗出面想食韓式豬手，冇兩三嚿都唔使旨意食到，呢度唔使$80就有交易生菜唔使另外加錢就有，豬手仍然好有膠質，蔬菜都好爽脆呢度竟然都有好值得打卡嘅菜式，芝士排骨好似熔岩咁一扯起就拉絲，死唔斷芝，係咁捲住啲排骨，食落超幸福晚餐依然有set，仲要好抵，石鍋飯都平出面成大截，一鍋飯份量好足牛肉、蔬菜撈飯加辣醬，味道好韓式，溫度keep到好耐跟餐仲有海帶湯飲，更加有韓feel胃弟仲想要芝士，於是嗌多份芝士年糕，醬汁好足，雖然好多芝士，但有泡菜醬中和，恰到好處，年糕好綿，仲有啲魚糕𠻹煎餅同紫菜包飯都係韓餐必食，今次食唔晒兩樣，唯有揀煎餅，煎餅無論質感定味道都好獨特，非常好食，點醋食更係畫龍點睛跟餐可以加錢嗌特飲，由於呢間溫度都好韓國，所以胃弟嗌咗杯人蔘茶暖暖身大胃就唔怕凍，睇中好特別嘅紅棗沙冰，冇諗過咁好飲，胃弟到最後都爭住要飲
