To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 去完城門水塘影紅葉後不知在哪裡吃晚飯,於是便用Openrice隨便找找大埔有什麼吃,不經意地發現了這間餐廳。前菜:跟一般的韓國餐廳一樣,例必送上前菜。當後這種小店便不會送上一大桌的前菜,但泡菜跟芽菜便不少得!泡菜的味道真的很辣,跟在平常一些小店裡賣的泡菜有點不同在於,這泡菜辣之餘沒有一種開胃的微酸感,沒有一種令你越吃越想吃的感覺。芽菜便是一般吃到的那一㮔,有點油油的,爽脆的,不算差也不算好。紫菜卷: 這是很平常的韓式紫菜卷,材料亦是用上了一般的材料,包括雞蛋、紅蘿葡絲、青瓜、蟹柳以及酸瓜。吃上口有點酸酸的,挺開胃。唯一比較特別的是這裡的飯應該是用上了韓國米,會吃得出飯粒比較飽滿,有咬口,這跟日本米有點不同的是日本米比較軟身,相較起上來日本米比較有飯香。不過,作用頭盤吃是挺不錯的。芝士炒年糕: 由於是韓國人主理的關係,這炒年糕並沒有遷就香港人的口味而相對地調較辣度,所以真係很辣!除了辣外,亦可品嚐到醬汁裡一絲絲的甜味。芝士的份量亦算足夠,從味道及顏色所見,應該是用了Mozzarella芝士,不算太特別或突出。年糕則煮得軟硬適中,煙煙韌韌的挺有口感。整道菜吃上來其實是有點過癮的,因為醬汁很

芝士炒年糕: 由於是韓國人主理的關係,這炒年糕並沒有遷就香港人的口味而相對地調較辣度,所以真係很辣!除了辣外,亦可品嚐到醬汁裡一絲絲的甜味。芝士的份量亦算足夠,從味道及顏色所見,應該是用了Mozzarella芝士,不算太特別或突出。年糕則煮得軟硬適中,煙煙韌韌的挺有口感。整道菜吃上來其實是有點過癮的,因為醬汁很辣,但年糕因有一定的硬度需要咬多幾口才能把年糕送入肚裡,所以吃的時候要很快地咬碎年糕,然後不斷地喝水。

牛肋骨湯:這牛肋骨湯味道很濃,相信湯底是用了很久的時間製作,但這不會像日式拉麵湯底般味道偏咸。當然這牛肋骨不太可能是來自韓國,但細心留意的話,會看得見這牛肋骨的肉質脂肪也分佈平均。牛肋骨是後期才加進湯裡,而且煮得剛剛好,當你吃一塊入口時會還帶點咬感。然後再把湯倒進飯裡伴和,享受著濃湯跟韓國米飯的飽滿咬感,兩者非常配搭及好味!這也難怪為什麼韓國人這麼愛吃湯伴飯。

總體對這店的印象不錯,有點家庭經營的小店,雖沒有頂級的裝潢,但勝在地道及有特式。
Other Info. : 有一兩位待應是韓國人,所以點菜時就好像去旅行時一樣需要指手劃腳 :)
