To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次介紹又係大埔嘅街坊平民嘅韓國餐廳,係由一對韓國夫婦打理,男嘅做店面,女嘅一開頭入廚(後來唔知) ,都幫襯咗佢好幾年,一開頭真係好平好平,一個人蔘雞先 $80蚊,當然而家過咗都 5-6年,已經唔係呢個價,不過味道都冇退步太多。不過餐廳環境較小,坐位都真係ok逼的老實講尖沙咀韓國街同港九區嘅韓國菜真係明顯貴得比較多,每樣都 $100 -$150 起有一啲味道都比較商業化啲。但呢間係大埔小店係由韓國夫婦打理,一開頭落老闆娘落手煮,你話好好好好味一定未去到,但「家」的感覺從來都唔係極級美味,而係一種簡單「平凡」但令人食得好舒服滿足嘅味道。------------------------人蔘雞湯 $95紅棗、票子、人蔘仔、糯米底,每次叫都冇漏,雞湯入味暖身又滋潤,春夏秋冬都啱飲﹗價錢仲要 100蚊都唔過,平過旺區 百五、六蚊既人參雞,而且雞肉燉得好嫩、林,雞皮都索晒湯味﹗------------------------海鮮豆腐湯鍋 $60有好多人都驚會同辛辣面差唔多味,我自己就唔覺嘅,佢係辣味為主但冇個種泡菜湯嘅酸,而且每次都係新鮮熱到起晒泡泡滾住上菜😆,每次都令我好興奮重點係佢嘅豆腐超﹗爆

有好多人都驚會同辛辣面差唔多味,我自己就唔覺嘅,佢係辣味為主但冇個種泡菜湯嘅酸,而且每次都係新鮮熱到起晒泡泡滾住上菜😆,每次都令我好興奮
重點係佢嘅豆腐超﹗爆﹗勁﹗滑﹗好入味﹗加埋肉碎、蛋、同蜆嘅湯底,香辣開胃🔥🔥🔥,送飯一流。(怕辣嘅可以小辣🤫)
