每年我都會去一次韓國旅行🇰🇷,但今年冇得去,於是唯有喺香港尋覓韓國嘅味道啦。朋友帶咗我去食位於銅鑼灣金百利廣場嘅「柞木炭家」。餐廳環境行暗色調,感覺令人舒服。我哋坐窗邊位置,除咗睇到街景之外,座位亦較為闊落,適合三五知己聚埋一齊坐低食飯、傾吓偈😃。坐低無耐,店員隨即送上前菜(包括蘿蔔、海帶同芽菜),佢更加喺我哋面前剪泡菜,如果唔夠食應該可以任加。另外,餐廳提供凍茶,所以唔使嗌嘢飲都OK🙊。嚟得呢度當然要點燒肉啦,不過餐廳同時亦有提供多款韓式料理,任君選擇。就好似我哋咁兩樣都叫晒,食到好飽好飽🤰。燒肉方面,我哋要咗兩款牛🐂,包括柞木甕漬牛肋骨($298)以及嚴選牛柳($328)。店員好好人,可以代為落手燒肉,不過自己燒同樣開心。柞木甕漬牛肋骨原條上🦴,超長超大塊,一路燒、一路剪。牛肋肉口感十足,但略嫌調味重手咗啲啲。嚴選牛柳個樣超靚,就好似一件牛扒咁🥩,油脂分佈幾平均。牛柳有返咁上下厚,所以唔係一燒就食得,但肉質幾好,燒完仍能保持肉汁。烤爐上面本身仲送有芝士粟米🌽。值得一提係餐廳嘅抽煙管唔錯,好有效咁吸走油煙,食完個身都無好大味!醬油蟹($368),老實講我淨係喺韓國食過,香港唔敢食,但
