To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

想一大班人聚吓，又想食吓嘢，然後又唔想太貴！呢間簡直100分!紅火雞煲位於香港唔同地方都有分店，今次我去嘅喺長沙灣分店。即使企響門口睇都完全睇唔出呢間餐廳入邊係食打邊爐，皆因佢門口全部都係放置唔同嘅一龍龍唔同嘅點心。佢最出名嘅係雞煲，人均 200內就可以食到，食完雞煲之後就可以打邊爐，最平嘅級別有50幾款嘅配料。雖然佢最出名嘅係雞煲，今次我哋就叫咗烤魚去食，呢個本身最平嘅級別套餐係唔包括嘅，但都係只需要加$20就可以食到烤魚啦。 佢呢就寫明係得2.5斤魚，為咗俾你哋都知道其實條魚已經好足夠兩個人食，特登放置咗我隻手喺隔籬，以表示條魚嘅size。條魚係麻辣味，講真喺越食越麻～ 魚肉嘅質素響呢個價錢嚟講都叫係咁！如果想飲嘢，需要醬料同埋要拎邊爐配料，基本上都喺自助式。全部放晒入門口嗰度。
