餐廳已經有五十多年歷史,門口有好多明星名人都光顧過,位置鄰近尖沙咀B1出口,經地牢落去,位置空曠舒適,富有懷舊嘅味道。杏汁豬肺湯店員聲稱係人手磨製,杏汁口感細滑,杏味濃郁香醇,湯料有瘦肉、豬肺同埋有白菜仔,份量都幾大碗,一行四人每人都飲到兩三碗左右。叉燒拼燒鵝叉燒半肥瘦,油脂比例幾靚下,有燶邊,特別焦香可口,入口滿滿既油香味。燒鵝同樣出色,師傅刀功唔錯,冇咩碎骨,鵝皮口感香脆,鵝香味濃郁。梅菜蒸菜心菜心翠綠鮮嫩,口感爽口有咬口,梅菜既精華滲入其內,酸酸甜甜幾開胃。生茶醬牛肋排一大塊牛肋排鋪滿生茶醬,店員會細心幫手切開一塊塊,方便食用,牛肋肉肉質嫩滑,可輕易從肋骨撕下,生茶醬味道濃郁,十分惹味。蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子蟶子係選用蟶子皇,尺寸有手掌咁長,食落鮮味,鋪滿左炸蒜和香蔥,粉絲蒸得軟熟,經典組合。綠豆沙楊枝甘露
