萬眾期待終於可以有機會食到呢間出晒名嘅廚師發板叫做(鮨文)之前係元朗出晒名,而家分店喺黃埔我終於有口福可以去嘗試了😋😋今次選擇咗Omakase $1980第一道發板竟然係我平時唔會鍾意食嘅(三文魚籽)蒸蛋 ,但店員好細心同我講呢度三文魚子係非常之頂級所以建議我試吓果然非常之鮮甜再加埋蒸蛋冇得頂😘紫蘇花金薄鰻曼苗賣相好靚口感好特別好味😋蛋黃醋,鹽同煮酒的白子,之前都去過其他日本啲食過白子我感覺一般,但呢度有啲唔同煮熟左再加埋蛋黃醋混埋一齊食酸酸甜甜非常之開胃👍👍他他醬酸青瓜洋蔥呢樣又係我覺得幾特別同埋好鍾意食仲有大大塊紫菜夾住😋九洲鮑魚清洒煮四個鐘,配鮑魚肝醬非常之矜貴好味😍深海池魚,比較實,比較有口感👍鰤魚,油甘魚類再大條,魚油味重同較有口感👍葡萄蝦,肉較結實彈牙👍最後右口魚手卷真係飽到唔知講咩好😂😂(總括嚟講食完呢一餐真係超級難忘同埋真係非常之好味😘😘)
