To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次食潮州鹵味～直入正題，我未試過禁樣食中式鵝肝！ 做得有水準的滷水鵝，首先要色香味俱全。靈魂當然是滷水汁，裏面有超過十種材料，包括香葉、桂皮、八角、花椒及小茴香等等。鹵味入味到難以形容，令我瘋狂叫飯黎食，d鹵水汁送飯簡直係至高既享受。我地叫左個鹵味拼盤份量ok(4個人食剛剛好)我人生完全無想像過食鹵味可以配紅酒香檳🍾️，完來係好夾！服務員態度非常好，有賓至如歸既感覺。下次期待再幫襯！
